Mô tả công việc
The Financial Accountant will work within our Business Office and report to the Accounting Supervisor. Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required as needed but not frequent and in accordance with Labor Code.
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
Assist Accounting Supervisor with month end and period end financial closing.
Analysis:
Assist with cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Others:
Liaise with external parties such as banks and other services providers to support staff & faculty in financial/banking needs.
Cross-train with accounting staff to provide additional support and coverage during vacations.
Assist Accounting Supervisor and complete other duties as assigned.

Education/qualification:
University Degree in finance & accounting
Professional accounting qualification highly regarded. (ACCA, CPA)
Experience:
3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in large organisation
Technical knowledge:
Good understanding of analysis techniques, Vietnamese accounting, business laws and best business practices
High level of proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office as whole
Extensive experience with ERP accounting systems
Strong speaking and writing English skill
Customer services skills
