Mô tả công việc
• Check payment term and relevant term of the contract, other related documents to ensure the supporting documents are in line with tax regulation, relevant law and company policy;
• Check transaction is accounted accurately according to IFRS, and due date is properly update as contract
• Monitor contract file and follow up status, situation and payment term of the contract;
• Make Debt Reconciliation, Dept Liquidation with Customer and supplier;
• Manage, storage, arrange accounting document scientifically and most carefully;
• Support to prepare all financial reports and analysis
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree from Academy of Finance/ Economic University with major accounting
• From 05 to 07 years of specific experience
• Strong in coordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job
• Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power point…
• Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics.
• Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulation.
* Working Time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and 8:00 - 12:00 on Saturday
