Finance Team Leader

A. Purpose

This position is to assist Senior Team Leader and Finance Manager to manage and control Budget and Cost controlling

B. Responsibility
Provide assistance to Senior Team Leader and Finance Manager (FM) in the followings:
• Assist the day to day activities of Finance Department related Budget and Cost Controlling
• Monitor and review the work of team members to ensure the integrity & accurate of financial information
• Act as key contact to discuss with Lenders, Sponsors, business partners and Local Authorities on all finance related matters
• Review and manage NSRP master budget by departments, propose solutions & recommendation for decision making
• Review monthly management accounts, including the monthly/quarterly Finance report to ensure the accurate and up to date financial information.
• Continuously improve, update Finance Department systems, internal controls policies, procedures and manual as the project develops.
• Develop team member, improve teamwork spirit

1. Educational Level :
• University Graduate as minimum
• ACCA/ CIMA/CFA/CPA qualification is preference
2. Work Experience:
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in multi-national or foreign companies or projects
• 2-3 years in equivalent position
3. Specialty/Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (specialized in Budgeting, Cash Flow Forecasting, Treasury management…)
• ACCA qualification as affiliate/member (other equivalent professional qualifications)
4. Skills:
• Good practical English skills in speaking and writing
• Management skills
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• High teamwork spirit
