Finance Supervisor (Team Leader)

1. Manage and handle payment processing

- To ensure payment request and payment instruction to banks in consistency, accuracy

- Ensure payments to be input on internet banking system, to be authorized in timely manner

- Closely working with banks for payments error/ postpone/ delay

2. Loan drawdown, repayment

- Contact bank for interest rate offer

- Ensure efficient short term loan disbursement and repayment be settled on time

- Handle foreign exchange transactions complied with authorized

3. Cash flow forecast:

- Get updated information on payment schedule from other dept

- Ensure payments, loan payment be settled on time

- Reduce gape between forecast & actual cash flow

- Maintain account balance at an acceptable amount

- Monitor and ensure all cash collection/ other incoming fund to be credited on timely manner

4. FX transactions:Follow up on FX confirmation/ documentations and related overseas payments thereafter

5. Bank relations manage: maintain and develop good relationship with bank for their support

6. Bank signatories update and bank account opening

- Contact bank for application form, properly instruction for filling in information

- Submit for signature

- Prepare other relevant documentations supporting for the change

7. Reporting: Monthly loan interest report, card fee report

University degree in Accounting, Finance.
2-3 years experiences in financial management, especially bank relationship
Good English skills
Good at Microsoft Office, excellent at Microsoft Excel.
Good at communication and working in detail.
Reliability, commitment, positive working attitudes and team work.
Logical thinking, well adaptable with calculation tasks and standard software.
Diligent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
