Reports To: RHQ Finance Senior Manager
Total No. of Employee required: 3
Roles Responsibilities
• Review GA account request & forex updates.
• Vendor code creation/management for RHQ
• RHQ bank/cash management and payment processing
• Review and approve SAP docs for logistics AR and AP for subsidiaries
• Verify AP non trade invoice (GA cost).
• Verify employee/business trip claims.
• Check document filing list.
• Monitor Non-approved documents.
• ADD: Other administrative and ad-hoc jobs as required within Finance team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years experience in a finance role.
• High level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
• Able to utilize best practice planning and analyze practices and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numeracy skills
• Strong motivated team-player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well under pressure.
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
• Minimum 7 years experience in a finance role.
• High level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
