Assist Senior Finance Manager to set up our Finance system and process in Vietnam and thrive in a high growth, disruptive and technology led business that is transforming the era of Hospitality industry. Scope of work will evolve over time and not limited to:
Account Receivable
• Partner with local Operations team and Central/ Local Reconciliation in tracking aging of receivable amount of each property.
• Follow and alert Operations team in any significant and outstanding receivable amount.
• Support in preparation of correspondence to hotel partners for outstanding amounts and participate in cross-functional projects to drive collection effort.
Account Payable
• Periodically update Authorization Signatory Matrix of function heads in the organization for timely and accurate approval flows
• Champion in driving and deployment of PR/ PO module in Vietnam market by collaboration with Central
Finance & Technology
• Manage all payment & advance requests and advance clearance from other departments
• Verify requests against approved Purchase Order, Contract, Goods Receipt and Invoice. Ensure that documents are in-lined with Statutory and internal requirements.
• Archive documents for Internal/ External purpose.
Bank Reconciliation and Balance Sheet
• Weekly bank reconciliation for all inflow and outflow funds.
• Responsible to clear and reconcile responsible Financial Lines on Balance Sheet

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1-2 years of experience in related spectrum of accounting activities (General Accounting or/ and Receivable & Payable), hotel/ services industry will be desirable but not mandatory.
• Currently pursue professional certificate (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, VACPA) or Chartered Accountant will be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate should have great cognitive ability and highly process driven approach, which allow him/her to think out of the box and challenge business decision by giving strong logic.
• High on ownership and go getter attitude
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Language : English
