* Position Summary
The Finance Specialist is responsible for the overall AR function. The person in this role will monitor, analyze and report the fluctuation of total sales as well as ensure revenue recognition in line with the regulations.
* Major Functions and Tasks
• Perform AR bookkeeping to ensure all records in line with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating data from the payment gateways and other departments (sales, monetization, CS…).
• Prepare monthly performance report and analyze revenue data to identify the company’s financial status.
• Assist in preparation of tax reports.
• Continuously improve/ optimize the system and process to enhance work efficiency.
• Liaise with the auditors and tax consultants for local statutory matters.
• Assist in other tasks required by CEO & CFO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Preferred experience in SAP – ACCPAC and E-commerce environment
• Good mathematical background
• At least 3 years’ experience in same position
• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
• Excellent organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office programs
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
• Reliable, dependable & committed to doing the best job you can
• A great team player
