- Build up and manage feasibility study.
- To prepare reports related to Project.
- To control Cash flow weekly, monthly & yearly
- To guide, advise Project team for new template & instruction
- To create template, if requested
- Set up tools/model for financial controlling
- Control expenses and cashout request.
- Build budget and estimate financial risk situation.
- Analyze differences of budget, plan and actual figures.
- Coordinate with other departments for issues incurred.
- Ensure respect of expenses approval procedure, payment procedure.
- Implementing other specific tasks required by higher hierarchies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having knowledges in the Accounting and Finance, FS model
- At least 2-5 years experience related this role
- Having knowlegdes in Construction, Technical systems
- Having knowledges in Real Estate market (if any)
- Can work/travel the Saturday & public days (if requested)
- Communicative & Cooperative
- Sense of Analysis & Controlling
