Our client is a huge Hongkong manufacturing corporation, offers you attractive training opportunities in multi-cultural working environment. Company bus from Hanoi provided. Salary up to VND 32,000,000.
1. Internal audit
Lead internal audit team to:
• Check cut-to-ship reports from production team and identify potential risks, work with production team to find out loop holes and assess the action plan to close the loop holes, follow-up the action plan
• Check departments’ operation against SOPs to find out potential improvement areas, collaborate with departments to work out action plan, follow-up action plan
• Check finance team’s work, propose SOP (if lack of SOPs) for improvement of finance team’s performance and work quality
2. Financial planning, analysis:
Support FM to:
• Develop an effective budget for the entire company
• Provide financial analysis of the factory operation to support business decision
• Develop and maintain financial analysis tools support for management
3. Other ad-hoc assignment by FM
1. Internal audit

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education & Qualification:
• Have a Bachelor degree in accounting.
• Deeply understanding VAS/ IFRS
• Being auditor is a plus
• Attempting ACCA exam is preferable
• Computer proficiency
• Good English communication skills.
2. Experience Requirements
• At least 4 years working experience in a management position (in manufacturing field is preferable) or experience as Auditor of Big 4.
3. Technical competency Requirements
• Analysis skill
• Presentation skill
• Understanding deeply about manufacturing
4. Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes
• Hard working
• Proactive
• Passionate
• Good relationship/ communication with other people.
