Description

* Fully responsible for day to day activity of Accounting and Finance department, ensure the accuracy and compliance of the financial statement.
* In charge of financial budgeting and planning, control the yearly budget to optimize the capital.
* Prepare and deliver timely financial reports to the regional team, support the critical decision making process.
* Take initiatives performing financial analysis and provide insights to management team in order to identify opportunities and risks for business growth
* Provide financial support and guidance for operation activities across functions internally
* Be the key contact point to interact with external party and investors.
* Build and coach finance and accounting team, maintain the momentum of entrepreneurial spirit
* Assigned tasks from management team


Profile

* Bachelor/ Master in Finance and Accounting
* Minimum 8 years working experience in which 3 years' experience in manager level, preferred in Banking/Consumer Finance/Fintech Company
* Excellent English and Vietnamese communication both in written and speaking
* Extremely analytical and numerical, problem solver, outstanding project management
* Proven ability to influence partners and cross-functional teams, Experience managing technology platforms is preferred.
