JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Operations will: follow orders, deliveries, payments and inventories on the financial and administrative aspects. On both parts (inhabitant and professionals) he/she will do reconciliation and collection reports, resolve discrepancies, etc.
He / she will work in close collaboration with Financial Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Put in place processes to follow orders, deliveries, payments, inventories on an administrative and financial aspects
Reconcile all discrepancies
Be the link between operations and accounting teams
Make recommendations for improving reconciliation and consolidation processes linked with IT teams
Provide weekly and monthly reports to line manager
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounting Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS
2 or 3 years experience in finance or audit
Very good level of Excel and experimented in CRM solutions
Have basis accounting knowledge
Must be able to put in place some processes and improved it regularly
Must possess keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, capable of driving changes and initiatives
Good team player who is hands-on, committed and able to deliver with tight deadlines
Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
