Finance Officer

- Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
- Follow up, checking inventory reports (raw material, WIP, FG, tooling and other stocks….).
- Follow up usage of material, consumption to find out any unreasonable issues, wrong recording, high NG rate ,…
- Do costing run for new parts and for month end.
- Checking costing reports to find out any issues in costing run and give out the recommend for correction.
- Do monthly reports related to inventory, costing, making provision for old aging inventory.
- Making costing table, machine rate, labour rate, checking BOM, routing ….
- Cooperate with other department (sales, production, planning, …) to keep JIT in all process.
- Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
- Other tasks as requested by Manager.
* Every day pick up bus from Hanoi and Bac Ninh City to factory.

- University degree in Accounting – Auditing.
- Minimum four years’ working experience in similar position in manufacturing environment.
- Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient local tax finalization, tax regulations.
- Excellent word, excel and accounting software proficiency, especial SAP software.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Problems identification and problem solving attitude.
