Finance Manager

• Overall responsibility for the preparation of the annual Profit Plans (yearly budget) as well as the quarterly forecast revisions.
• Leading and controlling daily activities of Finance & Accounting division and support for production and business activities.
• Ensure timely and accuracy submission of monthly financial statement to CEO and CFO group with analysis.
• Oversee weekly cash management, monthly cash flow actual and quarterly cash flow plan.
• Oversee monthly budget controlling and analyses variance (if any)
• To review and approve weekly/monthly payment schedule to Vendor or operation expenditure.
• Oversee Account Receivable management and support solution to supporting money collection.
• Oversee inventory management and control reasonable stock level for sale.
• Monitoring the company’s overhead costs whether reasonable, proper and controllable or not.
• Coordinating with marketing and Sale department to setup and review commission scheme for salesman, selling price and discount policies
• Reviewing and approving price proposals/margins of products, special/additional discounts to customers
• Working with KPMG auditor, lawyer firms, banks, Tax, others local authorities.
• Making good relationship with banker to maintain bank facilities for operation activities and get more bank facilities to rising fund for new investment.
• Reviewing and approving all process & procedures of Finance & Accounting, including approval authorities for department manager or branch head.
• Updating to CEO and others department about tax regulation, bank issue, and new regulation from government.
• Be responsible for the recruiting, promotion plan, rotation plan, succession plan of personnel within Finance and Accounting division

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years experiences as Finance Manager in Corporate Finance, especially in foreign owned company.
• Must have experience in FMCG company
• Prepare timely financial report to submit to regional
• Maintain all statutory & tax report for local company
• Proficient in using English
