Finance Manager

Position Summary: The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Vietnam management team supporting the Group Financial Controller and to the senior management in both Vietnam and China.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in effectively partnering with manufacturing, supply chain management and in maintaining an effective control environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and Company Accounting Policies
• Preparation of monthly financial forecasts
• Analysis and interpretation of financial results to guide decision making
• Provide direction to the accounting staff
• Cost accounting that will properly value inventory and correctly report Cost of Sales, including Direct Material and related analyses
• Create and Maintain processes within the factory that support a strong internal control environment
• Analyze financial results of specific areas or results of special projects; ability to present results to appropriate levels of management
• Perform various close responsibilities which may include journal entries, variance analysis and completion of monthly reporting, striving for continuous improvement in the Close process
• Manage external and internal audit requirements
Reporting structure: The position will report directly to the Group Financial Controller in Singapore.
Working location: My Phuoc 3 IP, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province
Working time: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Bachelors degree in Accounting plus 5 or more years of accounting experience; with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role and CPA preferred
• Strong Cost Accounting experience and Operations business partnering
• Management experience required
• 4th Shift experience preferred and advanced Excel
• Ability to influence organization thru analysis and decision support
• Role Model Leader, ability to motivate a team and work in a matrix environment
• Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnam
• Strong people management and relationship building skills
