Finance Manager

FINANCE/ ACCOUNTING
• Oversea financial transaction processing and reconciliation within KinderWorld Vietnam.
• Maintain the effective and efficient financial management system.
• Leading annual budget process, monthly financial analysis.
• Responsible for cash flow forecasting and control.
• Responsible for Overall Credit Control and AR collection policy.
• Drive financial and operation process improvements and provide advice to the Managements to increase the company’s performance efficiencies.
• Manage tax plaining, reporting and compliance (includes but not limit to CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT) for North of Vietnam.
• Lead and effective communicate on internal control and compliance with the Financial Procedure Manual.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and controls, and provide the solution to management for improvement.
• Liaise and work with Auditor for year-end audit and tax agent for tax declaration and tax finalization of the Company in the North of Vietnam.
• Liaise and work with Internal Auditor for Finance and Accounting audit.
• Lead any ad-hoc accounting projects and statutory requirements.
• Oversea Procurement Department in North of Vietnam.

TRAINING
• Supervise and manage the performance of all the account staff working in the Northern office.
• Be a mentor and train accounting staff.

OTHERS
• Handle any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and / or Master’s degree in Finance.
Experience with big 4 audit firm and / or international education qualification, CPA, ACCA is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experience, of which 03 years experience as Finance Manager or similar capacity.
• High competency in internal control and English skill
