Finance Manager

Job Brief

* Perform statutory accounting, reporting and communicating tasks, meeting the local Vietnamese authority standards and requirements
* Be part of the management team and proactive in developing our performance. You report directly to LTP Vietnam Director
* Provide the group management with financial reports, budgets and forecasts together with your solid analysis and recommendations on what and how to improve the company business continuously
* Lead a bookkeeping team and administration team

Responsibilities
* Manage a bookkeeping team from 5-10 employees to perform accounting and financial reports/ tasks to meet the local requirements such as tax authorities, banks, external controlling institutions etc.
* Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate finance and accounting standards are maintained
* Provide the group management with financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reports, budgets and forecasts, etc.
* Analyze and evaluate the company performance including sales, pricing, costs, working capital, liquidity etc. in comparison to the company business plans
* At the same, coordinate and follow up with various departments in the company including sales, merchandising, production on the company plans and actions on continuous business improvement
* Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
* Take a role in implementation of new IT structures and a further development of the processes in the company.

Requirements
 Proven experience as a Financial Manager
 A solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles of IAS
 Experience in making financial reports including cash planning, liquidity forecast, payment term management, L/C etc.
 Strong knowledge of local tax and VAT regulations
 General knowledge of export procedures and regulations
 General knowledge of other legal requirements/ issues related to the company
activities such as customs, labor laws, job safety, insurance, etc.
 Proficient user of Excel and finance software. Experience in using ERP is a strong
advantage
 Fluent in English is a must (both speak and writing)
 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
 Able to manage, guide and lead a bookkeeping team ensuring appropriate financial and
accounting processes are being strictly followed
 Bachelor or master’s degree in finance/Accounting/ Economics
 Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general
market pattern
