Finance Manager

Accounting Role:

• Manage accounting operation month end closing, quarterly closing, and annual closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Supervise the reconciliation of balance sheets accounts
• Manage to ensure the timely reporting and filing of all monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting and tax filing.
• Check and ensure the daily transactions, Monthly sales report, Monthly Credit list report, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Monthly Income Statement, monthly reports and accounting schedules and bank reconciliation statements and all other related reports.
• Control VAT, PIT, CIT declarations, VAT Invoices/ E-invoices.
• Lead team in analysis, design and development of accounting processes
• Support and facilitate all internal and external audits
• Perform tax and financial report, statistics and report to Government agency;
• Deal with external parties, banks, external auditor, tax authorities to resolved financial/accounting issues.
• Work with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives;
• Follow up and ensure a timely year end audit.
• Control the sales system and accounting software to ensure the correct transactions and accounting data.
• All other related accounting issues and tasks

Finance Role:

• Participate and ensure of the proper financial planning and budgeting process.
• Produce management reports with business insights and recommendation to the management.
• Supervise proper verification and documentation of invoices, tax invoices and others
• Participate and propose the sales target, sales revenue, sales promotion program to push sales and achieve the business target.
• Responds to inquiries from the Country Manager, and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
• All other related financial issues and tasks

Internal Control:

• Ensure the adequate internal control is placed in the systems.
• Ensure the monthly/quarterly branch internal audit to avoid of fraud.
• Ensure the monthly/yearly inventory/ property check.
• Assist in analysis, development and implementation of procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the departments and clinic operations.
• Control the gift voucher/ sales voucher issuance to ensure the proper voucher distribution.
• Support Country Manager and Investment Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting/Finance
• At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant position.
• Good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint), relevant accounting programs (e.g. Fast) and sales system.
• Recognized by the government of Vietnam as a Chief-accountant
• Good leadership skill, data analysis, interpersonal skills, energetic, high responsibility and diligence.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing and growing business environment and to adapt and maintain processes through growth and change.
• Have good knowledge tax stipulation and tax law in Vietnam, financial and accounting principles with a business mindset
• Proficiency in English.
