Finance Manager

1. To lead a finance team of Analysts and Controllers, focusing on finance business partner & analysis, and on coordination with various internal departments with the ultimate goal of expansion of the business and enhancing the profitability of the business.
2. Work with other departments and senior directors to setup the annual business and sales plan of the company which includes the major milestones/ KPI, cash flow plan and budget plan in order to achieve the P/L plan.
3. Manage the preparation of the company’s budgeting and forecasting
4. Prepare reports & analysis for Weekly and Monthly Performance Review meetings (Actual vs Budget).
5. Closely monitor the actual performance with respect to business, sales, cash flow and budget plan; and provide in-depth analysis and recommendation accordingly.
6. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
7. Be responsible for cost management and ensure the control and management of working capital (inventory, accounts payables) is in place and in compliance with the company policy;
8. Prepare feasibility study for new stores or new products; control and compare FS vs. reality. Post-evaluate stores / new products performance vs. FS after opening / launched.
9. Assist on implementing financial policies, control procedures and system (if any)
10. Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant departments.

BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Theoretical knowledge/understanding: good knowledge in finance, economic, accounting
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), ERP & BI is a plus.
3+ years of experience in Financial Manager position or equivalent (Retail industry is a plus)
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Able to manage, guide and lead team members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Hardworking, mental flexibility, initiative and determination.
