Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
Leadership and stakeholder management
• Develop and maintain a culture of integrity, continuous improvement and high performance through daily activities with a focus on increasing process efficiency.
• Build and develop strong networks and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver Finance training program for the finance as well as non-finance staff.
• Manage the team's activities in the absence of CFO if required.
Fundraising
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive and coherent fundraising strategy for the organization;
• Set and achieve realistic time-limited fundraising targets, agreed in consultation with key staff and the BOD;
• Create a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio, maintaining good relationship with trust-worthy banks and other financial service corporations in domestic and international
Capital Allocation
• Assess capital requirements, develop capital plan and provide recommendations on capital allocation.
• Present and communicate to all levels of the business.
Budget - Forecast
• Participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes, and support them in preparing, administering, and analyzing their operating budget,
• Monitor and take corrective action as required throughout the fiscal year to ensure adherence to budget in both revenue and expenditure.
• Prepare rolling forecasts per central finance schedule
M&A Due Diligence
• Providing financial leadership and support of significant investment opportunities, including M&A activity (including target selection, due diligence and integration) and other critical business initiatives that arise.
• Guides the company, through analysis and introduction of best practices, to understand and improve critical performance measures and operating efficiency
• Develop and present due diligence findings and recommendations of a potential acquisition to leadership up to and including the senior executive level.
Risk Management
• Deliver engagements, identify financial risks and perform in-depth analysis of business processes, risks and controls

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
• At least 5 years working experience in similar position, working experience in MNCs will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Vietnam tax regulations and Financial Reporting Standards, Project Finance, Budget Control, etc.
• Must be fluent in English
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance / Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in similar position, working experience in MNCs will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Vietnam tax regulations and Financial Reporting Standards, Project Finance, Budget Control, etc.
• Must be fluent in English
