RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working alongside all business’ Directors, Operation Director and Managing Director of Apple Tree, in particular of Annam Group, The Finance Manager will not only an exceptional hands-on with the company finance but will also commercially aware, advising on the best path of the growth for the business.
• The role of the Finance Manager has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes.
• The Finance Manager position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
• Often managing and leading a team through difficult periods including month end, year end and annual budgeting, a Finance Manager would have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, often having to work with various departments to help them plan and manage their own budgets.
• In periods of change and growth an effective Finance Manager is critical, coordinating corporate finance and managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, M&E and equity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
- Several years of FMCG experience in finance
- Excellent mathematical skills; leadership skills; management experience; integrity; honesty
- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Good communicator, active listener, and possess strong decision making skills.
- Good people management skills and team player.
- Good communication in English. French is a plus
