Finance Manager

Job Summary: Finance manager will provide, develop financial strategies, accounting policies and lead the team to execute, produce financial reports, and ensure accounting, finance activities adhere to legal regulations, achieve full financial control and sustainable growth aligned with business plan and company’s core value.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide and develop financial strategies, accounting policies that aligned with business plan, core values and compliance with legal regulations
2.Provide reliable financial reports, forecasting reports, interpret financial data to Leadership team and advise on investment, risk management activities with strategies that the company should take
3.Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
4.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans for cost-reduction opportunities and increase profits.
5.Lead, Oversee operations of accounting and finance team to ensure execution of financial strategies and accounting policies are running smoothly
6.Manage the company’s budget and Monitor the operational expenses to be within limited budgets.
7.Develop product standard costs each year during budget season and coordinate the annual process of rolling to new standards and related revaluation of inventory.
8.Prepare monthly reports with both summary financial and detailed financial analysis of company’s performance, with focus on drivers of Variance from standard costs.
9.Ensure all the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declaration and tax issues resolution such as VAT, PIT, CIT, etc… as requirement
10.Manage vendor relationships, auditors, and tax authorities and Liaise with auditors, authorities and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters
11.Motivate, Coach and develop the team
12.Guide, consult other departments on finance and accounting matters.
13.Collaborate with other departments in creating a trust, respect and engagement teamwork
14.Other tasks assigned by CEO/Chairman

BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or CPA, ACCA certificates
In depth knowledge of accounting principles, corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent competencies of data analysis and forecasting methods
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
Strategic thinking and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication skills
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
