Brief:
The Finance Manager will conduct in any or all of the facets of Finance, including but not limited to: Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Management report, Internal Control, etc.
Responsibilities:
Prepare management reports on a monthly basis
Prepare BvA on a monthly basis or in an ad-hoc requirement with explanation on any significant fluctuation
Standardize all kind of financial reports for internal use
Ensure overall accuracy and integrity of financial processes and systems, financial data, management reporting, and adherence to all financial compliance requirements
Review and evaluate for cost-reduction opportunities and spending efficiency
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and provide long-term business plans.
Manage a monthly cash-flow forecast, monitor, and analyze the cash-flow usage
Perform ad-hoc analysis when required to assist management’s decision making
Support stakeholders in reviews of contracts and agreements
Be a key business partner to management
Improve the current processes, procedures and to minimize the risks where appropriate
Responsible for new processes/policies of the FAT team and system implementation
Supervise Reconciliation & Collection team
Working with Go Jek Team on improvement process/system which related to finance
Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Minimum 5 years working experience (Audit experience in big 4 is a plus)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently and as a team-player
Self-motivated, capable of driving changes and initiatives
Good team player who is hands-on, committed and responsible and can deliver with tight deadlines
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to document and implement processes and procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Advance level of Excel, overall computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint).
