Finance Manager

• Manage all planning and operations, provide timely and accurate financial information.
• Ensure overall accuracy and integrity of financial processes and systems, financial data, management reporting, and adherence to all compliance requirements.
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
• Be a key business partner to management.
• Advise on investment activities, undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Developing and managing financial systems/models.
• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments.
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure. Review and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Group.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and provide long-term business plans.
• Support stakeholders in reviews of contracts and agreements.
• Responsible for new processes of the Finance Department and system implementation.
• Supervision, management and development of Finance team.
• Other ad-hoc requests and reports from Head of Finance.

• Strong in management and leadership skills.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong in problem-solving skills and initiative.
• ERP’s system knowledge.
• High numeracy and sound technical skills, proficient user of finance software.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
