Finance Manager

- Monitor, manage daily finance operations
o Monitor and control day-to-day operating cash flow activities
o Follow and control all FX hedging
o Keep track with finance and accounting operation from CJCJ’s subsidiary (CTE)
- Prepare, analyze financial reports & manage budgets
o Be responsible for performing of cash flow reports, annual budget, and forecasts
o Monitor, control and manage budgets versus actual
o Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reports. Ensure integrity of all financial information
o Collect, interpret and review financial information. Provide financial analyses and models as requested
o Prepare internal management reports, provide analysis reports as requested
- Coordinate with internal & external parties
o Communicate and support accounting team to smoothly daily operation
o Communicate with banks on loans and working capital demands
o Communicate with auditors, lawyers and other external parties for particular project
- Running projects
o Cash Management System
o Consolidation Project (Merging)
o Others: AR Collection, FX hedging

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience
- FMCG experience (food & production company is a plus)
- Good Command of English
- Good Command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid experience in managing reporting, budget development and analysis
- An analytical mind
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Communication skills – both written and verbal
