Finance Manager Cum Chief AccountantTop management

• Daily management finance accounting team
• Responsible for all financial, accounting and taxation functions
• Clarify all Principal queries & local tax authority queries
• Legal document signing for Tax & Audit purpose
• Follow up remittance to Principal and Vendors
• Month-end checking and reconciliation
• Monthly P&L report
• KPI monitoring
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedure that ensure complete, accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting
• Review and improve internal controls
• Advise General Director for Vietnam Tax update
• Audit Report Review & clarify with HO
• Budget Preparation for General Director View and Approve
• Financial status – Report – Control

• BA in Finance and Accounting
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in Finance Manager or Chief Accountant
• SAP knowledge / experience (referable)
• Ability to converse and write in English is a must
• Proactive and the ability to lead the finance and accounting team
• Vietnam Chief Accountant Certificate
