Finance Manager (Attractive Salary and Bonus)

The Finance Manager position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company,
This position is to ensure the smooth operation and development of the company based on the perserving company's asset and reporting accurate financial results.

Principal accountabilities are:

*** Planning:
- Understand financial metrics to assist in the planning of business plan
- Manage the capital request and budgeting process

*** Operations
- Manage the finance department
- Oversee employee benefit plan

*** Financial Information
- Report financial result to the board of director
- Work with tax/ department about regulation/ tax issue

*** Risk Management
- Ensure that company comply with all legal and regulatory requirement
- Understand and monitor all legal issue

*** Funding
- Manage and balance cash, cash flow

- Graduated from University or higher, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration
- At least 7+ years experience working in the same position
- Proven knowledge and experience in leading a team
- Good written and oral communication English skill
- Good planning skill/ logic thinking skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, ..)

- 2 month Fixed bonus + variable bonus
- 24/24 Health Insurance
- Working days: MON - FRI
