Finance Manager (At Binh Duong)

 Controls all the financials associated with the site and recommends corrective management measures targeted at securing the overall performance of the site.
 Ensure all proper accounting records are maintained with accuracy, timelines and completeness.
 Ensure all statutory tax and accounting reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately.
 Management and reporting of all tax matters.
 Management and reporting of all cash flow and banking matters
 Design, document and implement sound internal controls, accounting policies and procedures for financial/operational areas
 Responsible for new processes and system implementation
 Be a key business partner to management and regional offices
 Supervision, management and development of team

 Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification
 Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting/finance management
 Experience in a multi-national organization environment
 Independent, matured and ability to manage complex and unstructured environment
 Proven organization, leadership and interpersonal skills.
 Good time management and ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
