Mô tả công việc
FS Finance Management Consulting professionals work with financial institutions and other corporate clients to provide the Finance Management solutions, including Finance Strategy and Transformation, Performance Management, and any other solutions as appropriate. Main responsibilities including:
• Pursue further opportunities with existing clients
• Working on business development plan and execution to achieve targeted business growth
• Self-develop and/or coordinate with SME to develop appropriate solutions for the market;
• Involve in the preparation of proposals, and oversee project administration;
• Manage, direct and delegate effectively to project team members in the delivery of projects for our clients
• Coaching team members

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent. Candidates who get FRM, CFA, ACCA or equivalent are preferable. Post graduate completion is desirable.
• At least 7 years relevant experience finance management, financial planning and analysis for banking industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of: Finance transformation; Financial planning and analysis; Financial and management reporting; Finance operation effectiveness; Cost optimization and value creation.
• Demonstrated good industry knowledge in financial services, including regulatory requirements
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communications, excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to make and sustain meaningful client relationships
• Demonstrated supervisory and teamwork experience
• Well established understanding of business dynamics and operations
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Ability to travel
• Demonstrated “can do” attitude with fast learning ability
