The Role:
This position is responsible for overseeing SPVB control agenda and accounting operations for Operations and Supply Chain to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective financial and management reporting system in accordance with local requirements and SPVB policy. Provide financial stewardship of company assets and activities by maintaining a strong internal control and continually implementing financial transaction and business process improvements for Operations and Supply Chain related processes, namely manufacturing, co-packing, costing, Quality control, EHS, VFMC, Fixed asset, R&M spending and spare-part management, Inventory and Logistics control, and Demand planning
Accountabilities:
1. Financial and Operating Control:
- Safeguard company assets by continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls for all Operations and Supply Chain-related processes.
- Perform risk assessment, business process design and monitoring to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
- Provides analysis support to assess business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.
- Ensures risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility.
- Drive the proportional ownership and process compliance from Operations and Supply Chain partners to uphold SPVB Tone and Value.
2. Financial Transaction Processing and Financial Reporting:
- Develop processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information, compliant with financial closing schedules and global and local standards, including legal and taxation (promotion notification, VAT, CIT, FCT, TP, Customs…)
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of those related processes including Manufacturing, co-packing, costing, Quality control, EHS, VFMC, Fixed asset, VFMC, R&M spending and spare-part management, Inventory and Logistics control, and Demand planning….
- Oversee the preparation and effective control of the financial statements and financial KPIs, including BS, P&L, WC, cash flow, DPO, DII, Inventory aging and provision, physical count, FA registration and idle FA, DIFOT, Opex and Capex control….
- Ensure quality monthly Operations/SC reports and BSR; timely identify relevant accounting and business issues and propose actions to deliver business performance improvement
- Develop, maintain and improve the company’s financial procedures and processes that support efficient, well-controlled financial transaction processing systems, including implementation of ERP enhancements and new technologies to drive efficiency.
3. Business Partner and Process Efficiency:
- In tune with business partners to support the decision making by advising the financial and control implications to drive business growth in a sustainable way.
- Partner with Ops and SC functions in preparations and periodic reviews of AOP, Forecast, OR, Opex and Capex control… and provide control advices to increase cost effectiveness and process enhancements
- Lead a simplified and efficent SOA/POA and drive the implementation of policies, SOP and applications that improve the accuracy, efficiency and automation of business process and reporting systems
4. Organization and capability building:
- Develop team capability on technical tax and accounting competencies; SPVB policies and controls through effective training, coaching and best practice sharing
- Oversee the operations of the Operations control function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving business objectives and developing Finance/Control talents

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- BA or MA degree in Accounting/Auding/Finance. Minimum 10 years of related financial experiences for a major company/corporation
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, VAS, taxation regulations, commercial laws.
- Strong business acumen, risk assessment and controlling. Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with line management and business partners.
- Efficiently multitask in a fast paced environment where priorities may change
- Strong leadership, influent and people management skills.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skill
- High-level analytic skills and competent in ERP, WMS, CMMS and other applications
