Finance Director of Marou Chocolate

You will report directly to the company founders and we expect your frank, constructive feedback in all circumstances. You can be assured of our total support in your mission to maintain a top quality financial function at Marou Chocolate.

Tasks : Your responsibilities will include the following:
1. Accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting (B/S, P&L, Cash Flow) for usage of the management and Board of Directors
2. Tax reporting and managing relationships with tax authorities
3. Working with our Auditors Mazars VN to get our accounts audited
4. Cash management: reports and planning of cash flow and credit lines
5. Relationship with banks / lenders, more generally identify funding needs and assess how they can be met
6. Collaborate with the Factory production team to produce accurate costing and reports on production, productivity
7. Collaborate with all departments to produce the company’s annual budget and business plan
8. Business planning advice: produce financial assessment of the business, expansion plans and strategy; evaluation of planned investment’s ROI
9. Management of the accounting team, of its system and other requirements
10. Manage accounts of Marou Chocolate’s mother company Marou International with a target to get its accounts audited

Salary: negotiated
Working place: 120/4 Đường 13, KP4, Bình chiểu, Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh
