Mô tả công việc
• Is responsible for the development and providing leadership to the Finance in NO.
• Is responsible for Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting and external/ internal audits
• Brings in local view and proactively advocates the national association’s interests while at the same time contributing to the regional projects in a balanced way.
• Contributes to development of an annual strategic plan of the function at national level.
• Responsible to leads processes, activities, standards and projects to achieve agreed objectives at national level as per strategic annual plan of the function.
• Acts as objective leader for assigned objectives.
• To support, monitor and follow up the progress of the function objectives at national level.
• Provide leadership to Finance and Construction Services at national level.
• To provide expertise consultancy to the National Directors in Finance and issues related to it.
• Ensures capacity building of co-workers in Finance.

*Educational Background:
• Should have a master degree in accounting or Certified Public Accountant with 10+ years’ experience for a middle or large corporation.
• Have experience in partnering with an executive team,
*Skill Set:
• Good verbal and written communication skills Vietnamese and English
• Capable of demonstrating up to date technical financial reporting knowledge including in-depth knowledge of local and International financial reporting standards
• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements / reports
• Experience in managing teams with a range of capabilities
• Strong finance system skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to communicate complex financial matters to non-technical experts
• Team player, able to work with colleagues across the organisation
• Time management skills
• Attention to details
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willing to travel as and when required

Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam là một thành viên của Làng trẻ em SOS Quốc tế - một tổ chức phi Chính phủ hoạt động tại 133 nước và vùng lãnh thổ. Hiện tại, Làng trẻ em SOS Quốc tế đã và đang mang lại mái ấm yêu thương cho trên 510.000 trẻ tại 500 Làng và 400 Lưu xá thanh niên. Ngoài ra, hơn 400.000 trẻ được hưởng lợi từ các chương trình Hỗ trợ cộng đồng trên toàn thế giới. Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam được thành lập từ năm 1987. Sau gần 30 năm hoạt động, Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam đã đạt được nhiều kết quả, mang lại lợi ích thiết thực cho trẻ em mồ côi, trẻ em bị bỏ rơi, tạo lòng tin với các cấp chính quyền và những nhà tài trợ. Hệ thống các dự án thuộc Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam đã phát triển ở 17 tỉnh, thành phố với 69 dự án, đứng thứ 3 trên thế giới (sau Ấn Độ và Brazil). Bên cạnh Làng trẻ em SOS cơ sở còn có hệ thống các dự án hỗ trợ đi kèm gồm Lưu xá thanh niên, Trường phổ thông Hermann Gmeiner, Trường mẫu giáo SOS, Trường nghề và Chương trình Hỗ trợ cộng đồng. Văn phòng Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam là cơ quan trợ giúp Ban chỉ đạo Làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam trong việc quản lý các Làng trẻ em SOS cơ sở và các Trường phổ thông Hermann Gmeiner trên toàn quốc.
