Mô tả công việc
1. Assist in preparing the budgets and bi-monthly forecasts
2. Monitor and report Headcount together with HR and different Business Navigators (BN) of Business Units
3. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of the monthly cost reporting and analysis.
4. Assist in preparing the Actual and Forecasted Cost of Bi-monthly Operational and Legal Reporting in the assigned Inter IKEA tools (e.g. Cost View, SAP) with accuracy and timeliness.
5. Communicate to all related BNs of related Business Unit when need, such as to relocation resource, low cost initiative and investment needs, in the most efficient way.
6. Prepare cost follow-up report for related business units and managers on their cost centre.
7. Assist global request on validating headcount for KPI
8. Assist in reviewing audit report, Tax reports and follow-up on audit findings, meeting and recommendations
9. Assist in reviewing the Transfer Pricing report from global and local version (translated by External Professional Firms).
10. Review and validate all operational agreements/contracts
11. Assist in identifying and proposing the solution for non-compliance
12. Contribute to 4 eyes principal in reviewing the procurement process on services and equipment
13. Ensure accurate and align any inconsistent bookings in the correct application of Inter IKEA CCoA and CCoC.
14. Assist other Ad-hoc report from Business Navigation and Administration Manager and Director
15. At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred.
- At least 3 – 4 years in Auditing or Accounting
- 1 - 2 years of finance analyst or similar role are preferred
- Good knowledge of controlling, budgeting and reporting.
- Understanding of country-specific financial legislations especially Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Knowledge of business information tools, such as SAP.
- Deep understanding of how your everyday work adds customer value by delivering to business results.
- Deep knowledge of market specific conditions and macroeconomics trends
- Good knowledge of Inter IKEA Purchasing Manual and Financial Manual.
- Understanding of Inter IKEA Purchasing Year Cycle and Governance Structure.
- Good financial knowledge (University degree in Economics or corresponding knowledge).
- At least 3 – 4 years in Auditing or Accounting
