Finance Controller

Co-ordinate with Project manager for the planning, management, and financial control of a project
Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for project manager
Offer direct financial communication with project team, internal financing department, subcontractors.
Oversee and make sure the smooth running of Cashiering functions.
Follow up and control Revenue and Cost spent on projects complying with legislation and project schedule
Ensure financial information accuracy in the financial system and project system
Project analysis on financial terms
Other tasks as per Management’s assignment

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Good at English
3-7 years experience. Prefer candidates with experience in engineering, construction service and/or in project management
Strong experience in doing Finance report, P&L report, monthly closing
Have experiences on engineering and construction service is a plus
Self-motivated, positive attitude
Dynamic and self confident
Rigourous, analytical and logical
Well-organized, hard-working, honest and high responsibility.
