Mô tả công việc
1. Finance and Budget Controlling
1.1 Finance
- Approve for payment vouchers. Manage the daily receipts, payments and banking transactions.
- Monitoring, planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash in a manner consistent.
with the objectives of the Company.
- Ensure an accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing for BGT and MO.
- Monitors and analyses the business unit to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assure billing and receivable from the Partner are in line with the BCC.
1.2 Budgeting
- Doing budgeting and submit to the Partner before July every year, assure all OPEX are budgeted and meet the need for operation of the company.
- Budget controlling, assure cost incur within the approved budget.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for cost incur at the department for their awareness controlling.
1.3 Loan
- Working with bank for short-term / long-term Loan in order to meet the fund needed for Operation.
- Control loan for interest/repayment, assure no missing interest/repayment and it should be planned well for cash arrangement.
2. Financial Reports
- Standardizing reporting system and assuring to produce efficient reports to be provided inside and outside the company in a timely manner.
- Monthly report: Management reports (Balance sheet, Income statement, Notes, Cash Flow)
for BOD. Capital investment report for the Partner and DPI.
- Quarterly report: Reporting Package as required by Berjaya Group. Capital Investment report for the Partner and DPI.
- Yearly report: Management report, reporting package and Capital investment report.
3. Tax and Audit
- Update tax & law regulation to ensure that all are handled under proper VN law & regulations.
- Identify tax risk and be able to give solution for prevention.
- Handle with annual external/internal audit.
- Handle the tax inspection.
4. People management &Leader ship
- Set objectives for the staffs, coach and support during implementation, monitoring and
evaluating staff's performance.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, performance issues, etc.
- Develop the professionalism and competence levels of staff.
5. Others
- Collaborates with other departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Responds to inquiries from the BOD and other internal customers regarding financial Results.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, knowledge in VAS and GAAP CPA/ACCA.
- 7-10 year experience.
- Understanding and regularly update on Tax law/regulation.
- Attention to details.
- Organizing and planning skill.
- Strong Excel and database skills.
- Problem - solving skill.
- Proficient English.

In early 2016, Berjaya Corp (BCorp) in general, Berjaya Gia Thinh (BGT) in detail, again enrolled in the Vietnamese market after a fierce competition with five competitors, to receive exclusive contract computerized lottery business in Vietnam in the whole nationwide, with a total project value of over $ 210 million. In the area of lotteries, Berjaya also has activities for nearly 30 years with the branch manager of Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad's (BToto). BToto currently the most developed in the Philippines, has subsidiaries in the UK and US. BCorp hope the project will be started operation in July 2016. Products of the project will include bingo games, lottery games and draw quickly. These games are distributed through various channels, such as players, landline, mobile and internet. Berjaya Gia Thinh is expected to start the first game - Lotto jackpot in the middle of this year, which would be followed by the word games. The launch will take place first in the city of Ho Chi Minh and gradually implemented on a national presence in the next 5 years, with about 10,000 players.
