Finance Controller - Fast-Paced Tech Company

You will take charge of Finance and Accounting functions, involved in business management and strategy.


Description

* Take the lead and manage Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting team to ensure daily operations smoothly





* Responsible for budget, forecast, monitoring complex finance model





* Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, monthly Board reports. Manage and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting





* Work closely with different parts of the business to support their financial analysis and budgeting process. Develop a business partner system to assist the different parts of the business in financial analysis





* Manage the audit process





* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies, system to maintain and strengthen internal controls





* Mentor and develop both the accounting and FPA team





* Additional controller duties as necessary assigned by Chief of Finance Officer


Profile

* Bachelor/Master degree in Finance and Accounting





* Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Fintech/E-commerce/Banking/Ride sharing apps, preferable background from Big4





* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese





* Familiar with automation system. Experience migrating a company to a new ERP system is a big plus





* Extremely strong technically with very good knowledge of the local accounting and tax laws as well as the Vietnamese banking system, ability to build complex financials models, strong leader skill and competencies, excellent presentation skill.





* Detail-oriented, customer service minded, hard working ability to work with different people, humble but strong, team player, organized, target oriented and fast learner
