Finance Business Partner/ General Accountant

We are looking for 2 positions for FAT Department as below:
1/ Finance Business Partner
2/ General Accountant

1/ Finance Business Partner
● Prepare management reports on a monthly basis (BS, PL, CF...)
● Review budget versus actual on a monthly basis or in an ad-hoc requirement with explanation on any significant fluctuation
● Receive purchase request (“PR”) from departments and ensure that PR is in budget
● Inform management line and related department if the actual is close to the budget
● Prepare a monthly cash-flow forecast, monitor, and analyze the cash-flow usage
● Build budget for certain operation expenses
● Perform ad-hoc analysis when required to assist management’s decision making
● Analyze expense trend following work breakdown projects
● Perform internal audit procedures in order to ensure compliance across departments
● Recommend any improvement or weaknesses in processes, procedures and to minimize the risk where appropriate

2/ General Accountant
 Prepare journal entries, maintain the completeness and accuracy of companies’ general ledger and trial balance.
 Review general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posted journal entries to comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards
 Ensure completeness ofaccruals and provision on monthly closing.Review all balance sheet items on monthly basis to ensure the proper aging of open items
 To prepare financial reports as required
 Handling all tax related reports and other taxes matters (if needed)
 Other ad hoc tasks as required to support Finance & Accounting Team (if needed)

1/ Finance Business Partner
● Minimum 2 year audit experience in big 4
● Excellent communication and time management skills
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Be able to work independently and as a team-player
● Self-motivated, capable of driving changes and initiatives
● Good team player who is hands-on, committed and responsible and can deliver with tight deadlines

2/ General Accountant
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline  2+ years experience in general accoutant role
 Experience in Vietnamese Tax Regulations
 Experience in SAP is a must
