Mô tả công việc
* Treasury
- Control payment process timely and complied with internal & external policies via SAP and Bank net;
- Perform funds management (cash, deposit, borrowing): prepare daily/monthly cash flow reports and forecasts, manage funds in the most efficient way;
- Work and manage relationship with banks (deposit, borrowing and other financial related issues), reconcile bank statement with AR/AP module on.
* SAP
- Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisors
* Tax
- Prepare tax (VAT, FCT, CIT, etc.) report and declaration monthly, quarterly, yearly (if any); reconcile tax report and financial report;
- Check output VAT invoices and supporting documents before issuance;
- Check input VAT invoices and efficient documents with monthly declaration report;
- Ensure compliance of transaction of the company with tax regulation;
- Create any suggestion or ideas to save tax for the company;
- Reconcile book accounts with report and tax department regularly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualification/ Skills/ Experiences
- University graduate in Banking/Finance/Accounting;
- Over 2 years experience in tax/payable accounting and SAP and e-banking systems;
- Experience in overall cash flow planning and forecasting;
- Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese;
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power point…
* Working condition
- 08 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
- Strong compliance with labor regulations for Employees.
- Successful candidates will work in an ideal working environment with attractive salary and opportunities to get training course in Vietnam or abroad.
