Mô tả công việc
1. Tax function
• Perform the tax accounting, filing and reporting in according to accounting standards, local statutory and regulatory requirements
• Ensure tax declaration & payment meet the tax deadline.
• Provide /update new regulation related to tax area and advise relevant team on the possible impact.
• Assist team in booking/ reconciliation of tax accounts in term of IFRS and VAS.
• Reconcile between VAS and tax regulation, provide necessary adjustment for CIT.
• Assist other teams in providing day-to day tax advices as and when arises.
• Review the current process/ providing suggestion to improve tax compliance
• Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management
• Handle all official letters to tax authorization for clarification of tax issues
• Reconcile tax balance with tax officer when needed.
• Review monthly/quarterly Tax Reports [e.g. VAT, FCT, PIT, TP (if necessary), Invoice Usage Status, etc.
2. Treasury function
• Ensure that all payments are made timely and complied with internal and external policies;
• Control payment process via SAP system and Bank Net;
• Manage relationship with bank and related financial matters, including all reporting works and other related works;
• Review cash flow reports and forecasts on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly in line with the latest Company’s cash management and reporting requirements;
• Manage cash in the most efficient ways (calculate cash requirements to book cash deposits, control overdraft limits from banks…);
3. Financial Function
• Check Output Invoice, Input Invoice (From Payment Voucher, Non Trade, Bank, Petty cash, ...);
• Check payment term and relevant term of the contract, documents ensure the supporting documents are in line with tax regulation, relevant law and company policy;
• Update in accounting system and prepare vouchers to ensure that the records are properly entry, allocated, and due date is properly update;
• Monitor contract file and follow up status, situation and payment term of the contract;
• Prepare payment voucher and release payment as per due date of the invoice and contract;
• Make Debt Reconciliation, Dept Liquidation with Customer and supplier;
• Manage, storage, arrange document scientifically and most carefully;
• Reconcile Payable Accounts with General Ledger;
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate in Banking/Finance/Accounting;
• 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/ tax and SAP and e-banking systems;
• Experience in overall cash flow planning and forecasting;
• Strong in coordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job;
• Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese;
• Various demand of clients, pressure to deal with complaints;
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power point…
• Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics.
• Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulation.
Working condition
• 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week and 02 days off in roaster.
• The social, health and unemployment insurance as per Law of Insurance.
• Successful candidates will work in an ideal working environment with attractive salary and opportunities to get training course in Vietnam or abroad.
