We're searching for applications:
FINANCE
• Manage a small team (2-3 staffs)
• Manage the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts for VN in line with group deadlines
• Manage monthly reports and year end closing with auditors
• Manage all facets of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Franchisees Payables
• Provide analysis on P&Ls
• Manage Payable & Collectibles
• Cashflow management
• Ad hoc duties and tasks
ACCOUNTING
• Vietnamese Accounting Standards and System (VAS)
• Tax report
• Payroll
TÀI CHÍNH
• Quản lý một nhóm nhỏ (2-3 nhân viên)
• Quản lý việc chuẩn bị ngân sách và dự báo cho VN phù hợp với thời hạn của tập đoàn.
• Quản lý báo cáo hàng tháng và kết thúc năm kết thúc với kiểm toán viên
• Quản lý tất cả các khía cạnh của Tài khoản phải thu / Các khoản phải thu, trả lương và Đại lý phải trả
• Làm báo cáo tài chính.
• Quản trị các công nợ khách hàng.
• Các nhiệm vụ có liên quan khác
KẾ TOÁN
• Hiểu biết về hệ thống VAS
• Báo cáo thuế và hạch toán lương

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Skills and experience:
• 5 Years relevant experience minimum, refer to logistics, telecommunication, transportation… is a plus
• Familiar with billing system
• Sound interpersonal & influencing skills
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy is essential.
• The ability to work to deadlines
• An excellence level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel intermediate to advance level, PowerPoint & Word
• Combined with the above skills and experience you will be persistent, adaptable, and reliable.
• Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or Commerce or Finance
• Good communication skills in English

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm, có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực viễn thông, vận chuyển ... là một lợi thế
• Có hiểu biết về hệ thống thanh toán
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ với người khác
• Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, kỹ năng tổ chức, kỹ năng giải quyết xung đột
• Chi tiết và chính xác trong công việc
• Hoàn thành báo cáo đúng thời hạn
• Thành thạo về Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint và Word)
• Trình độ cao đẳng về Kế toán hoặc Thương mại hoặc Tài chính
• Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh
