Finance Analyst – Marketing & Sales

1. Revenue and Variable Marketing (VM) Analysis
- Analyze/ validate/ update pricing and VM for monthly forecasts and actual analysis.
- Develop/ analyze/ validate pricing and VM for Business Plan (BoD) and annual budget for review.
- Be responsible for VM account reconciliation and quarterly VM Reserve Adequacy preparation.
2. Product Pricing (Pricing strategy, Pricing for New product launch, pricing re-alignment/ Deviation and Pricing for vehicle disposal)
3. Quarterly VM/FM, VM programs and VM claim
- Discuss with M&S team to develop VM programs with financial analysis for management review.
- Control VM budget. Timely update program’s effectiveness, make assessment based on actual program result and business change. Propose to revise program based on updated business requirement.
- VM claim: Overview VM claim checking process and recommend for process improvement (if any), review VM accrual to make sure of correct booking.
4. Product Finance upon Request
- Work with M&S team to align and provide financial inputs for product study.
- Find/ assess the opportunity to improve business case if required.
5. Business Case and Ad-hoc Analysis

• University graduated, major in Accounting, Finance; Economics;
• At least 02 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance field in foreign invested companies
• Good understanding of Financial Reports (Income Statement/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow)
• Good at English (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office (Word/Excel, Power Point).
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, management, business acumen.
• High team-work, flexibility, carefulness and capability to learn new concepts.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, presentation, coordination…)
