Finance Analyst/senior Analyst

Role purpose :
Improve Expense Control, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis of AIH
Improve Finance Accounting System & Process of AIH

Key Accountabilities :

• Planning/Budget & Control:
- Prepare annual planning/budget material (establish templates, guidance, training, …)
- Coordinate with all departments to prepare financial planning/budget, forecast, projection in short-term and long-term
Consolidate Planning/Budget/Forecasts for departments & total of hospital
- Monitor department budget performance (by cost center, by channel, by project, by product, by patient department)
- Review GL and FS of Accounting team versus Planning/Budget and notify to correct data
- Review expense request make sure to be aligned with budget
- Provide advice/commentary/challenge departments to improve expense controls
- Establish expense control system, tools to support departments improve control
- Monitor financial projection performance and update projection
- Advise & review accrued expenses & accrual process
- Plan and manage cash position and cash flow effectively

• Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver monthly expense performance reports for departments and hospital with review and commentaries
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports as management’s requirement
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports
- Set up new reports with smart & active templates ( Excel, Power Point)
- Time Management the deadline of related departments make sure reports deliver on time

• Financial analysis:
- Collect and analyze financial information to help management make decision
- Project analysis & appraisal
- Financial and Business analysis
- Financial Performance analysis

Education:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or a similar field
- Master degree or ACCA, CPA or equivalent is preferable

Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Background in Finance & Accounting with (Analytical skill; Planning & Forecast skill; Reporting skill)
- Good skill in technical interpretation and negotiation;

Relevant Working Experience
- Fluent at Vietnamese & English
- Writing & Speaking

Information technology/ Technical tools
- Proficient with MS Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with relevant accounting software
- Macro, ERP
