Finance Analyst (Contract Logistics)

- Fully in charge for preparation and submission on a timely and accurate basic, for:
• All various kind of regional reports
• Slide of meetings
- Present operation performance status, financial status by analyzing results of profit & loss and other information related, analyzing results of balance sheet, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
- Reconciles transaction by comparing and correcting data
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Recommends action by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in method and material
- Protects company by keeping financial information confidential
- Work directly with accounting team to get financial data on accurate and completeness basic
- Work with relevant department to get explanation on reasonable basic for result of analysis.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

1. JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in making presentation slides
- Excellent time management skill, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work to tight deadlines.
- Commercial knowledge on 3PL
- Strong financial, analytical, planning, reporting and presentation skills
2. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with additional Master Degree
3. YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Solid experience equivalent with 3 years in finance analysis.
- Audit 3 years’ background plus is preferable.
- Working experience on Third Party Logistics is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of SAP is preferable.
4. LANGUAGE SKILLS
- English fluently

- High accuracy for reporting with no major finding.
- The ability to work with team and relevant departments
- Valuable for action proposed to the manager.
- Ability to deliver analytical results quickly and valuable.
