Finance & Accounting Manager (Urgently)

Main duties:

1/ Support management:
- Support CFO/CEO/SM to provide data when it is required
- Proactively support high level management for reporting and ad hoc urgent report
- Assist higher levels with all finance and accounting issues;
- Perform other ad-hoc as required by Manager and CFO

2/ Manage issue and lead finance manager & other department:
- Solve issue related accounting , tax, closing and lead meeting with other teams
- Push other department to keep due date and follow finance procedure and policy
- Review closing result and manage consolidated closing schedule to keep due date
- Advise accounting manager in finance team
- Guide accounting clerical staff daily by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Partner with leads from various departments to ensure the completion of integration work in a timely and efficient manner;

3/ Liaise with related authority and partners:
- Deal with auditor for the audit, closing, tax issues
- Liaise with tax authorities
- Liaise directly/indirectly with external auditors and tax offices;

4/ Operation works:
- Prepare monthly financial report with analysis
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Do monthly closing in local accounting system and SAP if necessary
- Review monthly tax declaration
- Analyze cost and perform finance modeling for detailed cost analysis

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Be active and energized in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment - Work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects - Enthusiastic, careful, hardworking and able to work overtime
- Lead team and other department
- Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong Accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax and Finance knowledge
- CPA/ACCA certificate is a plus not a must
- Work experience in Big 4 Auditing firm or global/foreign companies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Having a strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
