Finance & Accounting Manager

• Head the Finance Committee which drives the successful execution of the business plan through Growth / Profit / Economic Returns
• Key member of all other Committees which contributes to the achievement of Company goals and initiatives
• Manage Finance Balanced Scorecard and International Balanced Scorecard elements to ensure performance to goal
• Manage and lead business planning processes
• Manages resources and people processes (e.g. Performance Management, Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures
• Liaise with Region and District Finance teams

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, Professional degree such as ACCA, CIMA preferred.
• Experience in Freight & Logistic industry is an advantage
• Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint knowledge
