Finance & Accounting Manager

II. Jobs Outcomes:
Setup and maintain a finance and accounting system for a hyper growth education business.

III. Jobs Decription:
● Handle all accounting records
● Review accounting reports of subsidiaries upon management request
● Work with external auditors and tax offices to ensure compliance with local regulatory
● Responsible for monthly and yearly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
● Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls payment schedule from clients and payment schedule to vendors.
● Review the standard of operation procedure for Accounting team
● Set-up accounting and finance system to separate P&L for each business unit.
● Work with other departments control cost.
● Other tasks as assigned by BOD

IV. Qualification:
● Bachelor/Master Degree of Finance, Accounting and related fields.
● Multi-tasking, ability to deal with stress and deadline
● Superior IT skill is required
● Having experience in setting up Accounting system for a fast growing business, being passionate about Cloud technology and hold strong desire to implement accounting automation.
● Strong experience in financial report, taxation report, statutory report, cash flow report skills are essential.
● Strong knowledge of accounting standards
● Fluently in English and Vietnamese
● Good teamplayer
● Open minded and willing to share knowledge with team members.
