Finance & Accounting Manager (Hai Phong)

The Finance & Accounting Manager will report directly to the CFO and the headquarter's team, accountable for examining, improving and implementing various accounting and financial-related business processes


Description

Your main responsibilities are: ensuring accurate accounting project expenditures, coordinating budget process with all business units and overseeing periodic closing & report cycle. Your job will also include, but not limited to

* Implement and perform internal controls on compliance company policies and accounting procedures.

* Analyze reporting needs of the organization and design proper reporting format.

* Support accounting staff to improve technical knowledge and develop analytical skills.

* Update management with financial information as Board of Control member in various legal entities.

* Evaluate, develop and implement tools & procedures for variance analyses on project spending and/or business unit performance.

* Assist CFO & Finance Accounting Manager on special inquiries and ad hoc analyses.

* Support and coordinate IFRS reporting preparations.

* Assist in project member in ERP and report system set-up


Profile

* Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance
* Candidate with relevant working experience of about 8-10 years (industries: construction, manufacturing).
* Fluent communication in both Vietnamese and English is a must.
* Proficient in Microsoft office, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Independent, passionate and driven to complete tasks within deadline
