Finance & Accounting Director

• Control, supervision and monitoring the company’s accounting and financial matters
• Ensures that all costing are accurate.
• Planning and supervise regular stock take as may be required.
• Assist in Financial Planning and budgeting in accordance with Head Office requirement.
• Preparation and submission of monthly management report.
• Management of cash flows to maintain the company in a healthy position.
• Selection, training, evaluation and development of accounting staffs.
• General Administration Functions in line with company policies.
• Work closely with sales on Debtors Control and management.
• To lead the company’s internal control team
• To ensure internal control policies and procedures are carried out within the department
• To carry out internal control assessment, plan and execute corrective and preventive actions for area with defects in internal control
• Liaise with the external auditor, tax authorities, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
• Perform other assignment as required

- Degree in Accounting and / or recognised professional accounting qualification. E.g: CIMA, ACCA, CPA. Chief Accountant Certificate is required
- 8 years of experience in:
+ Audit, management and/or chief accounting
+ Financial analysis, treasury management, credit control, budget planning and control and cost control
+ Handling matters relating to corporate law and taxation
+ Computerised accounting system
- Good organizational and planning skill, good command of spoken and written in English.
