Mô tả công việc
This position will spend majority of his/ her time in supporting the Finance Manager in all matter of Finance's administration and other assigned tasks by GM/ Head of Functions.
● Collect and archive all sales contracts with customers and suppliers.
● Archive and arrange all documentation in conjunction with Associate Finance Manager for: invoices from vendors, employee's reimbursement, bank's documents.
● Support in issuance of VAT invoices to all customers on timely manner
● Support Finance and other functions in raising Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders and Contracts
● Claim expenses and follow-up payments for assigned Heads
● Perform other assigned tasks

● University graduated, prefer having working experience in multinational company environment
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to deal tactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels
● Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate work distribution
● Customer service mindset, sense of responsibility and honest
● Good in oral & verbal skills in English
● Hands-on and can do attitude
