Objective of role:
• Perform all accounting and administrative work in support of retail stores in Vietnam
• Main focus will be on accounting with strong emphasize on sales reconciliation and process control
Position summary and responsibilities
• Perform daily reconciliation of sales: Sales / Receipt / Bank and highlight any irregular receipts to Operation Managers and Finance
• Perform daily control on tax invoices issued by stores.
• Assist in E-invoice deployment and implementation in 2020
• Coordinate with appointed outsourced accounting firm for sales and collection reporting
• Receive and verify supplier invoices (submit invoices to each stakeholder for validation)
• Consolidate validated invoices and prepare weekly summary/ad-hoc payment for submission to appointed outsourced accounting firm for payment processing
• Monthly petty cash follow up
• Assist in conducting in semi-annual stock count
• Assist in store set-up: Insurance + credit card + cash collection
• Assist in oversea payment to inter-company
• Record day-to-day collection receipts from all retail outlets
• Legal and admin: Coordination on document flow for administrative work. (New store opening, Business license, Notarization of documents, etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Suggested Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ equivalents qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Independent, autonomous, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to multitask
• A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with retail industry will be preferred
• Experience with Navision is an advantage
• Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ equivalents qualification
