Mô tả công việc
This role is in main charge of day to day operation including A/P, A/R, Revenue Management and tax compliance reporting and any responsibilities as the following detail.
1. Checking and booking all Company expenses and ensure all booking account are accuracy.
• Check invoice supplier and payment as per guideline
• Check and create vendor code in SAP system.
• Maintain up to date GL account in SAP system, accuracy GL account.
• Comply with accounting standards
2. Ensure the accuracy of supplier payment and ensure all relevant payment are made on time.
• Working staff/bank/ requestor for release the payment to supplier
3. Ensure bank reconciliation being carry out timely basic and on time and prepare the monthly bank reconciliation reports.
4. Recording the revenues and issuing invoice to customer.
• Working with Commercial/ Merchandise depart for issuing invoice to customer on time.
5. Ensure all intercompany transaction are recorded and reconcile with Headquarter for outstanding balance.
6. Month end-close process. Provide and manage accurate information’s related to finance reporting on time as guideline.
• Reconcile and Analyze balance sheet account.
• Analyze monthly overhead report.
• Working with HR for salary account reconcile.
• Cost center report – analyze and provide monthly depart cost break up report.
7. In charge of WHT and CIT report.
• Ensure all contractor will be calculate WHT and submit to Tax authority on time
• Ensure all Government compulsory tax will be paid on time
• Prepare the yearly CIT report accuracy and on time.
8. Working with bank for preparing funding and LC opening
9. Supervise the subordinates to meet target.
Assist FM any jobs required time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Working experiences in finance and accounting for FDI minimum 3 - 5 years.
2. Strong background in accounting and especially in accounting set up in garment industry.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP system.
4. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
